We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our ring products, with the following conditions:
- Not applicable for:
- Customized ring orders
- Solitaires priced above ₹3,00,000
Refund Options:
- Direct Refund to your original payment method or bank account
- Balleza Credits: Store credit to use for future purchases (non-refundable to bank once issued)
- Voucher/Gift Card Refunds: As per their original terms and conditions
Note: Please allow 2-3 working days for refunds after we receive the returned ring and complete the quality check.
🚚 Return Shipping
- We offer free reverse pickup anywhere in India.
- Depending on the product value and location, we may arrange a Balleza delivery partner or a tamper-proof return packet through a logistics provider.
🔁 Return Instructions
- Select the item you want to return from your order history.
- Pack the ring in its original box with the certificate and invoice.
- If value is:
- Below ₹35,000: Hand over to the pickup agent
- ₹35,000 or above: Use our tamper-proof packet, seal it, and then hand it over
- Collect an acknowledgment: a receipt, SMS or Email, or tracking confirmation
- After receipt and quality check at our warehouse, refund processing takes 2-3 working days.

We offer Lifetime Exchange and Buy Back for all rings purchased from BallezaBlue.com within India.

💰 How the Refund Works
- Exchange Value is credited as Balleza Credits (valid for 365 days, non-refundable to bank)
- Buy Back Value is credited as Balleza Cash (valid for 365 days, can be used or encashed)
You must approve or reject our valuation within 15 days of receiving it. If not responded, the amount is auto-refunded to your Balleza account.
