We offer free and fully insured shipping on all ring orders within India. Your purchase is packed securely and delivered with utmost care.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all ring purchases, except:

Original Payment Method – Refund directly to your bank or source account
Balleza Blue Wallet – Store credits usable for future purchases (non-withdrawable)
Voucher/Gift Card – Refunds depend on voucher terms (e.g., one-time use vouchers are non-refundable)

🕒 Processing Time:
Your refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days after we receive the product and complete quality inspection.

Go to your [Order History] and select the ring you wish to return.
Pack the item in its original box with the invoice and certificate.
For returns:
- Below ₹35,000: Hand over the package to the pickup agent.
- ₹35,000 or above: We’ll send a tamper-proof packet. Seal your item inside before handing over to the courier.
Collect pickup proof (tracking number, SMS, or receipt).
Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed post quality check.

We offer Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back on all rings purchased from Ballezablue.com (excluding solitaires and customized items).

💼 Processing Charges:

₹500 handling fee applies to online requests (waived for in-store).
₹3,500 deduction for missing diamond certificates (may vary for larger stones).
Any free gift/discount received will be deducted unless returned with the item.

Exchange Value: Credited as Balleza Credits (valid for 365 days, not encashable)
Buy-Back Value: Credited as Balleza Cash (valid for 365 days, can be encashed or reused)

You must approve or reject the valuation from your Order History within 15 days.
- On approval, amount is credited to your Balleza Blue Wallet
- If you don’t respond within 15 days, amount is auto-refunded to the wallet
- On rejection, we will ship the jewellery back to you
We reserve the right to revise exchange/buy-back amounts based on product quality
A 5% deduction will apply for products not bought via Balleza Blue official website/app/store
Products bought from non-Balleza Blue offline stores are not eligible for exchange/buy-back
