Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our jewelry. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen settings or craftsmanship differences.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Process: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer an alternative or full refund.

Payment Methods: We accept multiple secure payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and payment details must be accurate and valid.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email.

  • If your order includes multiple items, you may cancel individual items without affecting the rest of the order.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
  • Once the product is returned under our 30-Day Money Back Policy (not applicable on solitaires), the refund will be credited to your Balleza Blue Cash account. You can choose to:
    • Use the amount for future purchases
    • Request a refund to your original bank/payment source

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We offer free shipping within India. Delivery times and charges for international orders may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Ownership and Risk: Ownership transfers to you upon delivery. Balleza Blue is not responsible for any damage or loss post-delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original certificate/invoice. Customized products and solitaires are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt and are subject to availability.

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of Jharkhand, India, regardless of any conflicting laws. The parties agree that the courts located in Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes under this agreement.

12. PAN Requirement

As per current guidelines issued by the Government of India, customers are required to provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for any purchase exceeding ₹2,00,000.

13. Changes to Terms
